About this role: Whirlpool really cares about their consumers as much as they care about making quality products. As a Care Expert, you would help Whirlpool Consumers set up service for their appliances, provide basic troubleshooting, help with use and care questions like how to properly clean their range, or properly vent their dryer. Offer extended service plans and accessories when applicable, while earning commission! The goal is for consumers to have a quality experience in the most efficient way possible.
Our primary focus is our inbound calls from Consumers within the United States and Canada. Additional skills, including email and chat will be trained at a later date, based on business needs.
This is an exciting, fast paced environment, requiring the ideal candidate to accurately document the contact in eCRM call center software while interacting with the customer.
Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM EST, Saturdays may be required based on department
Must be willing to work a 40 hour schedule. Schedules may differ than the hours worked during Training. Your initial shift will be assigned during training. Shifts change once per quarter or as the business needs.
From time-to-time, we are able to offer part-time schedules based on Whirlpool's call volume.
