When a formal offer is made, Randstad will verify your mailing address and provide this to Whirlpool for provisioning and the shipment of all equipment for remote positions. In center positions will receive equipment on first day.
What do I need to do before my equipment will ship?
All employees are required to sign a Property Agreement in order for equipment to be sent to you. You will sign the form in your onboarding paperwork.
When does equipment ship? (remote positions only)
All equipment will be mailed approximately 1 week prior to your class start. Randstad will provide a tracking number for all mailed equipment to the email address that you provided as well as confirmed training dates and times. Each training class will have a paid 2 hour Zoom class the week prior to training called PC 101. You must attend the PC 101 as it is your first official work day.
What do I do once I get my equipment? (remote positions only)
Begin setting up your equipment. Follow all instructions provided in your box. A member of the Randstad team will reach out once the equipment is delivered to ensure that you received it and that you were able to get it set up. Be ready for your 2 hour Zoom class. You will have log in instructions in your box for PC 101. You must attend the PC 101 as it is your first official work day. Please retain all boxes that your equipment comes in. These will be needed should your equipment need to be mailed back at a later date.
How do I return equipment if my assignment ends?
Remote: If your assignment ends, Randstad will request a label to be sent to your home address. Please box up all equipment in the provided box at the time of your assignment start. Return instructions will be provided however you may also contact FedEx for a pick up. You will have 7 days to box up and return all equipment.
In Center: If your assignment ends, please return all equipment to Randstad within 14 days of the assignment ending.
*If all equipment is not returned within 30 days of the assignment end legal action may be taken.
