Hi, I’m Randi.

I design learning experiences that help people communicate better, grow their skills, and feel more confident in what they do. I bring together instructional design, teaching, curriculum development, and communication strategy to create training that is simple, clear, and effective.

My work includes building eLearning modules, designing full training programs, developing curriculum for adults and youth, writing books, and creating tools that help people learn in real-life situations. I focus on practical, research-based instruction that leads to real change.
