I am an Instructional Designer with a background in teaching, curriculum development, communication training, and writing. I’ve spent years creating learning experiences for adults, families, students, and professionals. My strength is simplifying complex ideas, designing learning that feels human, and developing training that people can actually use.
My experience spans four areas:
Instructional Design
I design eLearning modules, training programs, microlearning, and interactive scenarios using Rise 360, Storyline, Canvas, and other digital learning tools. I build structured learning using ADDIE, SAM, and other evidence-based design models.
Teaching & Curriculum Development
As an educator, I’ve created standards-aligned lessons, assessments, and instructional materials for diverse learners. My work follows “I Do, We Do, You Do,” differentiation strategies, and learning objectives grounded in Bloom’s taxonomy.
Program Development & Facilitation
I co-created the C.O.R.E. Communication Lab, a multi-module communication program for families and professionals. This included needs analysis, curriculum design, pilot testing, feedback collection, and live facilitation.
Communication, Writing & Content Strategy
I am the author of Roots & Wings, a book focused on building strong family communication. I’ve written curriculum, scripts, templates, and learning materials that help people understand ideas quickly and put them into practice.
