I design learning experiences that turn complex information into clear, engaging training systems. My background combines marketing, education, and instructional design to help organizations communicate ideas effectively and help learners take action.
C.O.R.E. Communication Lab (Pilot Program)
A four-module communication training developed for families and professionals. I designed the curriculum, created Rise 360 lessons, built assessments, and facilitated the live pilot. Included learner surveys, data review, and revisions based on feedback.
AI for Real Business: A 30-Minute Micro-Learning Course
A short, practical micro-learning course designed to help busy professionals, service providers, and working parents integrate AI into their daily workflows without overwhelm. I designed the course structure, wrote all scripts, created downloadable templates, and produced the video lessons using HeyGen’s virtual avatar technology. Includes clear, activity-based learning, real prompts, and simple tools for communication, content creation, and business organization.
Storyline Scenario: Handling Difficult Customers
An interactive decision-based training for customer service professionals. Designed to teach communication strategies, emotional control, and problem-solving in real-time situations.
DaVinci Resolve Faculty Training – LDT 502
Task analysis, instructional objectives, and structured training materials designed to help faculty create 60–90 second course introduction videos. Includes rubric alignment, guided practice, and institutional standards.
Assessment & Lesson Design – LDT Coursework
Multiple projects including a technology growth blueprint, task analysis, instructional design models, and detailed design documents. All focused on designing instruction that is clear, measurable, and learner-centered.
I translate my classroom experience into instructional design by creating:
Standards-aligned lessons
Assessments aligned to learning objectives
Scaffolding using “I Do, We Do, You Do”
Differentiated instruction plans
CKLA-aligned instructional materials
Student engagement strategies
My teaching background grounds my design work in real learning behavior, not theory alone.
C.O.R.E. Communication Lab
I co-designed and facilitated a communication training program built to strengthen family and professional relationships. This work included:
Needs analysis
Content structure and module planning
Rise 360 curriculum build
Live Zoom facilitation
Knowledge checks and assessments
Pre- and post-module surveys
Data analysis and iteration
This project demonstrates my ability to design an entire program from idea to pilot to evaluation.
Roots & Wings A Lifestyle Model for Families: Home-Based Supplement to Traditional Schooling Through Rythym, Nature and Emotional Learning
A practical communication guide for parents and families. This book reflects my ability to write clear, accessible content that supports real behavior change.
Roots & Wings for the AI Generation: Preparing Children for a Changing World
A modern extension of the original book, focused on helping families navigate communication, technology, and AI with confidence. This work shows my skill in designing forward-thinking learning content for today’s families.
I also create:
Microlearning scripts
Facilitator guides
Communication templates
Curriculum outlines
Social learning content
Clear, user-friendly instructional text
Writing is one of my strongest skills, and it shows in every project I design.
Challenge: Families and professionals needed practical communication skills delivered in a simple, accessible format.
Process: Conducted needs analysis → Designed outcomes → Built four Rise 360 modules → Created assessments → Facilitated live sessions → Collected and analyzed survey data.
Impact: Increased participant confidence in communication skills and created a scalable program now being prepared for CEU offerings.
Challenge: Faculty needed to produce high-quality course introduction videos with minimal tech experience.
Process: Completed task analysis → Wrote measurable objectives → Designed training structure → Created clear performance criteria → Built aligned materials.
Impact: Provided a structured, repeatable process for faculty to produce consistent, branded course videos.
Challenge: Customer-facing employees often struggle with conflict and emotional regulation.
Process: Built a branching scenario in Storyline → Designed realistic dialogue → Integrated feedback loops → Connected responses to communication principles.
Impact: Learners practice decision-making in a safe environment, improving confidence and customer experience skills.
