KaleidoKids shall provide dance classes at the designated Daycare during public school terms, and holiday programs offered in January each year. Enrolments are accepted on a term-by-term basis. Members agree to commit to one full term at a time, with the option to re-enrol for subsequent terms should they wish to continue. 

Fee Structure:

1.1      KaleidoKids members have the choice to either make payment once off in advance before each school term or in monthly installments in advance at the beginning of each month.

Termly payments:

1.2      Payment for the upcoming term must be made before the beginning of the term

Monthly instalments:

1.3      Payment for the upcoming month must be made before the 1st of each month.

      Payment Method:

1.4      No cash are accepted, members make all payments into the studio BANK account with correct reference for identification:  Studio bank details are:  Acc no. 151 091 763, BSB 082 356, Ref: student name and surname

1.5    A 25% penalty fee will automatically be added to late payments sent in a 2nd invoice, a payment is considered late if it does not show in the studio bank account by the above payment deadline. 

1.6    Class fees may increase each year.

1.7    Students cannot attend class until all fees are paid up to date.

1.8    No fees are refundable due to absentees.

2.        Re-enrolment:

2.1      At the end of a term, if a member do not wish to continue, no communication is needed

2.2          If a member wish to continue classes for the following term, a new membership form should be submitted

2.3          New membership forms should be submitted by week 8 of the current term to secure a spot in the class 

3.        KaleidoKids Dance Discovery Award:

3.1      At the end of each term, your little dancer will receive acknowledgement of their participation and progress with our Dance Discovery Award Certificate.

4.        General:

4.1      KaleidoKids classes will be closed during school holidays and public holidays, except when notified otherwise.

4.2      Although great care is taken with health and safety for students, students attend classes on own risk and no responsibility will be taken by the Studio for any injuries that may occur.
