Cherie Burgess is a long-term and highly esteemed dance teacher at Ramay Studio of Dance. Cherie began her training at the age of six, excelling in a diverse array of disciplines including Singing, Jazz, Hip Hop, Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Spanish, Acrobatics, Circus Skills, and pas de deux/lifts. She has completed major Classical Ballet examinations and earned Senior Performance sashes in Jazz and Acrobatics. Cherie's dedication to her craft is evident through her attainment of an A.P.A.S. Teacher Diploma in both Jazz and Acrobatics, as well as Acrobatic Arts certifications.
Cherie has competed in numerous competitions, achieving remarkable success with solo performances in Modern, Slow Modern, Contemporary, Senior Championships, and Acrobatic solos, duos/trios, and her own choreographic routines. Her extensive performance experience includes prestigious events at Crown Perth Casino, Sunset Veranda Fringe World, and many more. Since 2018, Cherie has been sharing her passion for dance and acrobatics with the students of Ramay Studio in a fun and enjoyable atmosphere, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
Madison Reith is an accomplished dance instructor at Ramay Studio of Dance. Madi has been dancing since a very young age and excels in choreographing new works, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to her classes. Currently, she is completing a Diploma of Professional Dance and has already earned her Diploma of Musical Theatre. Her passion for dance is evident in her dedication and achievements. Madi’s most recent performance was in the show "Annie" at the Regal Theatre in April 2024. Her extensive training and experience, combined with her creative flair, make her an inspiring and effective teacher, motivating her students to achieve their best.
Rachel Stander is a dedicated dance instructor at Ramay Studio of Dance. Rachel's journey in dance began at the tender age of three, and she has since cultivated her expertise in a variety of styles, including Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Rock & Roll, Hustle, and Hip Hop. Her passion for Hip Hop shines through in her dynamic teaching style and has earned her numerous awards at competitions throughout Perth. Rachel's impressive performance history includes countless concerts and a notable appearance as part of the mass ensemble group for "Grease" at the RAC Arena. Her vibrant energy and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset to our studio, inspiring students to reach their full potential.
