ピエル・パオロ・パゾリーニ監督の1968年の映画『テオレマ』をイギリスを舞台に再構築した作品である。

謎めいた主人公は、皆から「訪問者」と呼ばれ、上流階級の家庭にやって来て、家族を一人ずつ誘惑していく。彼が突然去ると、残された家族はそれぞれ異なる方法でその空虚感を埋め合わせようとする。

The Visitor is a British-set reimagining of Pier Paolo Pasolini’s 1968 film Teorema. Enigmatic protagonist, known to everyone as “the visitor”, arrives at the house of an upper-class family and seduces each family member one after the other. When he suddenly departs, he leaves behind an emptiness for which the rest attempt to compensate in different ways. An erotic suspense film reimagining a classic movie.
