Weingarten Rights

As a member of the RAICES Workers Union, you have what are called "Weingarten Rights". 

If a supervisor or other management/security representative requests an investigatory meeting with you and if you have reasonable cause to believe that such meeting may result in disciplinary action, including a warning, you have the right to request Union representation. If you find yourself in this situation, you can read the words below and management is not allowed to continue questioning you until a steward is present.
