Per Article 1, Section 3 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, eligible members of the RAICES Workers Union bargaining unit are "all full-time and regular part-time employees of RAICES, including law fellows, but excluding Human Resources department and Finance Department personnel; interns; managers; confidential employees; guards; temporary employees; and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act."
