This is the second of the three major groupings of realms. Marine covers the continuous body of salt water covering 70% of Earth's surface and the five main basins it is divided into. For simplicity's sake, I have decided to replace the 12 marine biogeographical realms with the broader ocean regions they belong to. Each ocean will include species from all zones (sunlight, twilight, midnight, abyss, and trenches).
