Physical wellness comprises various healthy habits such as adequate nutrition, exercise, and abstaining from destructive habits. Our bodies need the appropriate amount of vitamins and minerals to properly function. These vitamins and minerals come from the food that we eat! Also, when we keep ourselves active, our body feels better, and we can be more energized. Building healthy habits such as drinking water, eating leafy greens, and avoiding destructive habits like alcohol abuse and smoking will contribute to our physical wellness. Our physical state will potentially affect the way we feel mentally and emotionally.
