Team's Top Achievement's
During our 2025-2026 school year we were able to achieve what we hoped for and more. We were able to spread our influence across our campus, especially through our Valentines Day and Women's day Events. Before, only very few knew of our organization, but now we have an abundance of students wondering how to be a part of what we do. It is an achievement in its own to be able effectively reach our target audience, but we also went above and beyond when we were invited to present during the Annual Student's Build Summit. It was an honor to present to the exemplary speakers and to receive invaluable advice. Many offered opportunities to expand our influence on to other schools. We received amazing feedback as a result of our dedication to share our passion about smashing the patriarchy and breaking down stigmas!
Evidence We Collected
Through our increasing number of events, we've come to see an increasing number of participants. We have come to know that our slide presentations and informational pamphlets handed out to students allowed them to reconcile with our mission statement based on reflections asked by us to the students. We keep our peers frequently updated on our work, whether it be through the flyers we post around school or through our socials. By keeping our audience connected, we ensure high attendance, creating a cycle of growing participation.
Short-term outcomes in the community or with the students?
Our short term outcomes are to touch the hearts of the youth in order to strive for a better future. Throughout the 2025-26 school year, the Rosies grew in numbers, as did our impact. We put undeniable hard work to educate our school community and to help make a positive change for the betterment of our society. We orchestrated presentations that left profound impacts on the viewer, leaving them wondering, wanting to know more, to learn more, to educate themselves and right their past wrongs.
The long term outcomes to the community?
Our long term outcomes are to continue to leave an impact here at King Drew yet slowly expand our influence outwards. We have empowered the guests of the events we attend but we are longing for more. We wish to orchestrate presentations for the betterment of our neighborhood for starters and then work our way out from there. We trust that the Radical Rosies will be in good hands in the school years that follow. We make it our mission to guide the younger generation of Rosies to be resilient in the face of barriers, never letting anything stop them from achieving their goal. This is what our predecessors taught us, and it is what we plan to teach our community. You can't convince others to believe in you until you believe in yourself.
