Hiii!!! I'm Lotachi Chukwuma but you can call me Lo! I’m a 15-year old Sophomore attending King Drew. I have 2 unique siblings. One brother is a year older than me and the other brother is a year younger than me. I’d like to explore more of the medical field and pursue a career in that area. This year with the rosies would further show and inform others about gender equality and stereotypes. I am proud to be a member of the Radical Rosies and can’t wait to have another great year with my fellow group mates.
Hey everyone my name is Gabriela Cortez, I am 16 years old and I'm a junior here at King Drew. I'm a proud Mexican american with my mom being an immigrant giving us the opportunities that she didn't have. I love crafting, music, and getting out of my comfort zone. I'm a very loud (so they say)and outgoing person. I love challenging myself to be better at what I am not. I'm hoping to be a great contributor to the Radical Rosies. Whether that be making flyers, to taking pictures, or maybe just being my loud and confident self.
Hello, I'm Isa Carpinteyro. I am currently a 16-year-old Junior attending King Drew Magnet High School of Medicine and Science. I am a proud Mexican and the youngest daughter of a single mother. I plan to go to college and study something I am passionate about. At the moment I am still determining what that may be. Growing up I have seen so much discrimination whether it may be because of race, sexuality or gender. My goal is to climb to success and have a stable career. I hope I can at least make an impact to create a place where everyone can freely live and be treated equally.
Heyyy! My name is Britney Espana, I am currently a 16 year old sophomore at King Drew. This is my second year with the Rosie’s and I am ecstatic for what the future holds. I am the oldest of 3 and my favorite place to travel is to Mexico. My favorite sport is boxing and I also like organizing. As a Rosie my goal is to create a safe space for both women and men. I want to educate and destroy the patriarchal norms that society has made, one step at a time. I hope that I can learn and grow with these other young amazing females.

Hey! My name is Jasmine Torres, and I am a proud sophomore student at King/Drew Highschool. I am also a dedicated member of the Radical Rosies group where I have been able to learn to lead alongside other peers. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA and have grown to be an adventurous, energetic person. I love to have numerous hobbies, as I play numerous instruments and as well a few sports like soccer. Looking ahead, I am still not sure what I want to pursue as a career, but I do know things along the lines of law or psychology are interesting to me. I hope that in the future I can contribute to a fair and open society where there are uplifted voices, and gender inequality can be a thing of the past. Joining the Radical Rosies is just the start of the journey.
