In order to join our group, you must agree to respect and abide by the rules outlined below. Failure to do so will incur disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the group, revoking the offending player's existing import designs and genos, and permanent blacklisting of that player from all future content and activity in this group.
It is expected that you will read and familiarize yourself with these rules before joining the group. It is your responsibility to do so. You cannot use your ignorance of the rules as an excuse should you break them.
These rules are intended to protect the players in the group, and ensure everyone is able to have a good time. They are not to make your life any harder than it has to be.
[??] This group is rated R, and welcoming of adult content. As such, all members should be over the age of 18.
Harassment, bullying behavior, and hate speech will not be tolerated in any way, shape or form by members of this group.
This includes statements made outside of the group setting. Harassment of strangers is still harassment. This is a "three-strikes" rule, as in, three strikes and you will be banned from the group.
My group is not responsible nor liable for the content that members may experience in the free-forum, community-posting aspect of the ARPG. While our moderation teams make it their priority to maintain the Community's standards for behavior and content, we cannot be held responsible for any content that goes unseen or unaddressed by our Admin. Participation in the group is at the individual member's own discretion.
Your characters are your own, but the content of the group (ie: lore, dragon designs, etc) are property of the group and may not be used for anything outside of the group. If you wish to adapt a Radasim Dragons character for your own usage, you must adapt the design so that it is immediately differentiable from ARPG content. You are not permitted to use the word "Radasim" anywhere in your own works.
Cheating is against the rules. I don't even know how you would cheat at this but like, don't.
Designs must be accepted and verified by an admin before they can be submitted to the group. Approval standards are maintained in our various design guides, and are subject to approval or rejection at the Admin's discretion. An Admin will provide objective critique on a design that has failed to meet the group's standards; and will approve the design when the necessary changes are made.
Designs bearing markings or features that resemble, or are based off of, religious or political material will be automatically rejected. This group is an all-inclusive community; and while we respect our members' various religious and political identities, we feel that utilizing the group's content to express those identities could lead to an unfavorable social climate.
Designs including markings or features that reference, showcase, or are based off of offensive symbols, emblems, flags, or any content related to these criteria will be automatically rejected. Utilizing symbols like Swastikas, Confederate Emblems, or other related content that is unsavory or offensive to a demographic of people will not only be rejected from submission, but will also be met with the group's strongest disapproval.
All artwork submitted to the group must be your own artwork. We do not tolerate plagiarism of any kind. Artwork that has been too heavily referenced, traced, or reproduced in any way from another artist's original work will be automatically removed from the group, will not count towards any kind of activity or reputation gain, and the offending member will be disciplined appropriately. Artwork that is commissioned by a member of our group can be added to the group under the provisions that the original artist is fully credited and publicized, and the artist has authorized it to be uploaded to be here.
The group is not responsible for moderating sales and trades. Sales and trades are done on a player-to-player basis.
If a player has been scammed or cheated by another player during a trade or sale, the offended player may bring proof of this to the mods. We will provide a one-week grace period in the event that the offending player has simply made a mistake, but when the period is up, if they have not completed their end of the deal, disciplinary action will be taken. This is the only time that staff will get involved.
This does not apply to owed artwork.
