Final Content Analysis Paper

Linked below is my final content analysis paper - the culminating product for my two-semester project. This paper includes an abstract, introduction, literature review, theoretical framework drawing on McGowan's (2014) work with Critical Disability Theory, methodology and research questions, findings for each research question broken into third-level sections by book titles, discussion on how my findings relate to my literature review and theoretical framework, some concluding thoughts, and references. I completed this content analysis on these four picture books: Silent Star by Bill Wise, The Girl Who Thought in Pictures by Julia Finley Mosca, Emmanuel's Dream by Laurie Ann Thompson, and Just Ask! by Sonia Sotomayor. I found that each of these books is recommendable for classroom use with few reservations.
