In a project revolving around streaming, UX research focus on the journey that streamer goes through while preparing for, in the act of show and after streaming.
Home interview
Understand the setup and process that gaming streamer went through for streaming in real field. I worked as UX researcher to arranged and conducted for the research project. I also facilitated brainstorming workshop with UX team members and product engineer team for the product concepts and direction.
I facilitated two sections of brainstorming were held for gathering the ideas to solve the painpoints of streamers with cross-function teams. The first section was aim to collect as many ideas as possible. The second section was aim to generate product concept by cross relation of idea groups and painpoints.
Development team voted for the priority of each product concept base on innovation and feasibility. The first ranking concept was picked up and went to the detail design.
