The Mentorship Program at Elevation Behavioral Health
Articulate Storyline 360
Audience:
The primary learners will be the team of clinical leads and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) designated to be mentors to new therapists. The basic demographics are ages 30+, all gender identities, all nationalities, and all are highly educated (MS+, Behavior Analyst Certification Board licensure).
Business Problem:
The clinic is superseding its budget for training new employees due to high turnover rates each quarter. While the senior clinical staff are incredibly skilled, the company has no systematic approach to supporting their new clinicians. The business goal is to decrease new hire turnover rate in 1st year therapists by 50% by the end of the full fiscal year.
Solution:
Through providing a systematic mentorship program, the clinical leads will be able to strategically increase skill and confidence in their cohort members. By utilizing their performance data to inform company onboard training, new employees will be provided the appropriate support to grow at the clinic.
Process:
ADDIE | SAM | Kirkpatrick models:
The first step was a gap analysis to get a better understanding of the business problem, the behavior changes necessary to meet the business goal, and the adult learning theory to be applied.
After collaborating with the SMEs, the design document was created and revised. The storyboard underwent a revision cycle before Storyline development began.
I lean into the iterative development phase on all of my work- we went through the iterations of alpha, beta, and gold to ensure the final e-Learning module was going to lay the foundation for actionable, lasting behavior change for the company.

Hosting a Community Event: Silent Book Club
Articulate Rise 360
Audience:
The learners will be the bookstore cafe shift leads. They range in age from 21+, and vary in gender identity and nationality. They have previous experience working in a bookstore bakery, but not in hosting community events.
Business Problem:
The business is getting very little foot traffic since their soft opening, so the team is announcing a Silent Book Club chapter for the grand opening to increase the number of customers in the store. The shift leads need to be trained on how to facilitate these events. The business goal is to see book and cafe sales increase by 25% by the end of the next fiscal quarter by increasing the number of customers in the store through regularly hosting a community Silent Book Club chapter.
Solution:
Through training the shift leads on how to host community events such as a Silent Book Club, they will gain skills in sales strategies and marketing techniques that will make the business more desirable, visible in the community, and present on social media.
