About Rachel

I'm a passionate Instructional Designer (she/her) dedicated to empowering others through the transformative power of knowledge. My rigorous training through the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) was a thorough preparation to succeed on any project in the instructional design world, and do so with flair.

Outside of work, I’m a musician and a proud board member of the Kodály Association of Southern California, where I help shape educational initiatives for adults across the region through my skills in instructional design, e-Learning development, and instructor-led training. 

I'm also an advocate for individuals with special needs, specializing in learning for individuals on the Autism spectrum and those with intellectual disabilities. I am dedicated to seeing all learners thrive, from folks with PhDs, to "homies with extra chromies."

When I’m not designing learning experiences, you’ll find me curled up with a good book or spending time with my beloved dogs, Maeve and Remus. I believe learning should be empowering, accessible, and deeply impactful—and I bring that belief into every solution I create.
