I started off making a stool using a tutorial to familiarize r myself with fusions 360 and 3D modeling it self. I built this stool using my own dimensions while fooling a video. While building this stool I used a tool instead of Fusion 360 called "Parameters" , which allows you to be able to change the height or length of one thing and the others will change to best fit the stool. This was a great start to learning about 3D modeling.
After I had some experience with 3D modeling I worked on making my own piece of Furniture from scratch. I made a small table that would be made out of would and designed it so that it could be put together with tabs and slots. I used dog bones for the corners so it would be able to be cut out in the future and used parameters for the dimensions. This project helped my knowledge for 3D modeling grow even more.
When my design was completed I switched over to the manufacturing space in Fusion. I set the lay out of how the CNC would read the pieces through sources of G code. I set speed, origin, path of travel, etc. I set all of these things for the 1/4in" mill tool that we had for our machine to give it the best and cleanest cut possible
