Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing to order a piece of artwork from me. It really means a lot to know that something I've created will be with you, no matter how far away from each other we are in person.

To order a piece, simply click on the link below!

To fill out the form you will need:

1. The name of the person that the piece will be shipped to (in case you're ordering a gift for someone).

2. The address the item will be shipped to.

3. An email or phone number that I can send a receipt and shipping confirmation to.

4. The serial number of the item you wish to purchase (which is found under the item next to the price ex. #TC1).

5. Any additional comments or special instructions so that I can make sure the item gets to its destination safely!

After you fill out the form, sit back and relax for a bit! I will contact you using the information you provided to figure out how to collect payment. I accept payment via Venmo or Paypal (listed below).

Once I receive both the completed form and a confirmed payment, I will reach out to you let you know that everything looks good on my end, as well as tell you when I expect to ship the item (usually within a week). I will also send an email the day that the item is shipped with a tracking number so that you can check to see where your piece is at any time.

To ensure that this process runs smoothly and without issue, I am willing to offer FULL REFUNDS or A REPLACEMENT OF ITEM should your item be lost in the mail or broken in transit. To take advantage of this option, please contact me at my email (quinnsceramics@gmail.com) to discuss your next steps.
