Queens Theatre Troupe presents The Anger in Ernest and Ernestine by Robert Morgan, Leah Cherniak, and Martha Ross. This production is produced by special arrangement with PLAYWRIGHTS GUILD OF CANADA.
Ernest and Ernestine live in a perfectly ordered world until cracks appear in the veneer. Repressed anger rears its ugly head and the couple's effort to maintain order and affection range from comic to tragic.
QTT’s production is a physical, comedic, candid, and theatrical representation of how anger manifests in close relationships. Ernest and Ernestine are newlyweds, moving in together for the first time! It's so exciting to live in a cramped (but cozy) basement apartment with the love of your life! Everything is just splendid!
