About Us

Our Goal

Queens Theatre Troupe aims to provide Queen's students with the opportunity to reimagine and adapt plays they are passionate about. Each year we aim to produce two published plays: one aligning with the curriculum of a core drama course, and the other work fuelled by the vision of a passionate student. This club will host a space for those aspiring to enter the theatre industry to gain experience, as well as those looking to engage in theatre recreationally and to create community, enhancing their university experience.

This troupe is founded on education. We want to inspire learning at every turn by creating a space to see works of theatre for our audiences, and for our creators a place to learn through practice and exploration.

Who We Are

The five people you see pictured below are our founders, and current board. They have worked hard for months to make this dream a reality and continue working hard to share that dream with more and more people. Because this club seeks to be a learning opportunity to everyone involved, if you'd be interested in sharing our dream check the Get Involved page regularly for opportunities, or if you have any questions feel free to Contact Us! We want this page to constantly be showing fresh faces, but until they can join us you can meet our current board right below!
