The Park Systems NX12 scanning probe microscope and a dedicated optical table have been separately installed at the QUASAR Lab to support advanced nanoscale and optical experiments.

Our lab has finalized the NRF contract for project RS-2025-25464256, titled “NV-Based Quantum Sensing for High-Temperature Superconductors and Semiconductor Defect Diagnostics.”
The 2025 Quantum Information Science Human Resource Development Program (Research-Innovation Track) supports this project, contracted on Nov 18, 2025.
The work will be carried out with Dr. Uri Vool’s group at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids, running until Dec 31, 2028
