From January 14 to February 20, Eunji, Haneul, and I visited the Quantum Information for Quantum Materials group (Dr. Uri Vool) at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids in Dresden, Germany. During this visit, we carried out several quantum sensing experiments using NV scanning, and obtained many valuable datasets. In addition to the NV-based quantum sensing experiments, they also visited the BESSY synchrotron facility and performed accelerator-based experiments, gaining important experimental experience.
It was a productive and rewarding research visit.
Great job, Eunji and Haneul, for your hard work, and many thanks to Uri for the warm collaboration and support!
