Appointments can be made over the phone or you can schedule them on our website!

Simply select the "Request Appointment" button below and follow the prompts to schedule your appointment. During this process, you will see the fee associated with the service you are requesting. If you wish to utilize your insurer's out of network benefits, we offer Superbills that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.

All new clients will have to complete screening before Telehealth and other appointment types can be made available. Give us a call and say that you would like to be seen via Telehealth and we'll set you up with the screening right away.
