The Parañaque Workers Affairs Office, or PWAO, is the center of all services and programs for the welfare and development of the labor sector of the municipality.
The Parañaque Workers Affairs Office, or PWAO, is the center of all services and programs for the welfare and development of the labor sector of the municipality.
It is the policy of the state "to afford protection to labor and provide an adequate administrative machinery for the expeditious settlement of labor and industrial relations (Sec. 211 of the Labor Code of the Philippines)". Towards this end, it shall be the policy of this government to encourage good relations among the municipal government, employers, and workers as a means to promote industrial peace within the municipality.
