Provide training, seminars, and programs to upgrade workers skills and potential in various fields to increase productivity, while recommending the necessary measures to respective employers for such an increase. Coordinate with the Parañaque Livelihood Resources Management Office for the provision of other sources of income to help augment workers income.
Monitor the industrial situation in the city and submit regular reports to the mayor, administrator, and Sangguniang Bayan for appropriate action.

Coordinate with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and its subsidiary agencies on policy-making matters.
Formulate settlement procedures to be used as working guidelines in the early settlement of labor disputes.
The creation of Parañaque Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (PTIPC), also known as the PTIPC Ordinance, was implemented in 2015. The elections have been made, and the oathtaking happened at the Mayor's Office.
