Welcome to CU*iP at Purdue University Main Campus!
Welcome to the Purdue University APS Conference for Undergraduate Women and Gender Minorities in Physics! We are delighted to host this transformative three-day event dedicated to empowering and supporting the next generation of physicists. This conference is designed to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where undergraduate women and gender minorities in physics can connect, share experiences, and explore the diverse opportunities within the field.
At Purdue University, we are deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected. We believe that diverse perspectives enrich the educational experience and drive innovation. Through various initiatives and programs, Purdue actively supports the success of students, faculty, and staff from all backgrounds. We promote awareness, address systemic barriers, and ensure all voices are heard and contributions celebrated. Diversity and inclusion are integral to our mission of providing a world-class education and advancing knowledge and society. We are proud to champion these values and build a dynamic, diverse community.
CU*iP 2025
The goal of APS CU*iP is to help undergraduate women and gender minorities continue in physics by providing them with the opportunity to experience a professional conference, information about graduate school and professions in physics, and access to peers in physics of all ages with whom they can share experiences, advice, and ideas. The national and local organizing committees of APS CU*iP strive to create a welcoming environment for all.
Throughout the conference, you will have the opportunity to engage with inspiring keynote speakers, participate in dynamic workshops, and network with peers and professionals. We strive to foster a sense of community and encourage the pursuit of excellence in physics by offering a platform for collaboration, mentorship, and professional development. Join us in celebrating the achievements and potential of women and gender minorities in physics. Together, we can shape a brighter and more inclusive future for the scientific community. Welcome to Purdue University, and we hope you have an inspiring and enriching experience at the APS Conference!
