Applying and registering for a CU*iP conference involves two distinct steps: application and registration. Initially, you need to apply to attend the conference. Once you submit your application, it is directed to a nearby CU*iP site, where your application will be reviewed. You will then be notified whether you are accepted or declined. If you are accepted, the next step is to register for the conference by confirming your attendance and paying a registration fee of $45.
If your department is not covering the registration fee and the $45 fee is causing financial hardship, you can request a fee waiver. To do so, contact women@aps.org to request a registration fee waiver form. Please note that fee waiver requests must be made at least two days in advance of the registration deadline.
For non-student participants such as faculty members, chaperones, or others who wish to attend the CU*iP at Purdue University Main Campus, please complete the non-undergraduate form by January 10, 2025, 5pm ET.
