FACULTY EVALUATION & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

FACULTY PROFILE

Faculty members of the BS Transportation Management Program are composed of full-time, part-time and special lecturers whose teaching experiences are from two (2) years and above. Those occupying the full-time status have been serving the university for seven (7) to thirty seven (37) years. Special Lecturers were given to returning faculty members who retired or sought employment abroad and decided to continue to share their expertise to BSTM students.

The university’s continuous support to improve the ranks of deserving faculty members were evident with the increasing number of faculty members carrying the ranks of Assistant Professor to Associate Professor for majority of the full-time faculty members. Newly hired faculty members were given the rank under the Instructor Level pending the result of evaluation by the university Faculty Evaluation Office while Associate Professorial Lecturer and Professorial Lecturer ranks were awarded to those with higher academic and exemplary industry qualifications.
