Welcome to PUP CTHTM - Department of Hospitality Management!
The tourism and hospitality industry has shown strong performance globally through the years. This growth created new business and employment opportunities that cut across a wide variety of sectors. Thus, the demand for knowledgeable and highly skilled hospitality is imperative.
The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) is a program that equips students with the necessary 21st-century hospitality competencies anchored to the local and global needs of employment.
The faculty provided the students with an environment that would develop their passion for lifelong learning and strong service orientation. Moreover, the teachers inculcate the spirit of hospitality, resiliency, adaptability, and responsibility, nurturing them to be future professionals with moral, ethical, and social values.
The curriculum was carefully crafted by the faculty to equip the students with sufficient exposure to laboratory and industry immersions, research, and community services. The activities were aligned with local and international standards observed in foodservice, lodging and accommodation, and other tourism establishments.
