PUMA Cafe & Tours is a group of  guides who support Ometepe with Community-based tours, events, and education. Our trained tour guides staff our visitor center, café, and education center, Centro PUMA. All proceeds support our environmental and community service initiatives. The acronym PUMA, from Protectores Unidos por el Medio Ambiente, means "the united protectors of the environment."
