OEA/NEA

In Fall 2020 we affiliated with the Oregon Education Association (OEA) part of the National Education Association (NEA). We were negotiating our second contract and the administration team was very reluctant to let us mature the contract. In fact, there were articles (rights) that the administration simply removed from our contract. We needed help urgently, and OEA with its experience and support was just what we needed. We successfully negotiated our contract and will continue to work closely with OEA on future contracts.
