Self Awareness - understanding your strengths and challenges, and knowing what helps you thrive.
Self Determination - a combination of attitudes and abilities that will lead you to set goals for yourselves, and them take the initiative to reach these goals.
Self Direction - giving you the choice to choose.
Self Discipline - making good choices regardless of how you feel.
Self Promotion - feeling good about yourself when you have completed a short-term or long-term goal.
