The farm is surrounded by the Velasco and Famatina mountains that emerge from the impressive Andes mountain range. This unique valley offers magnificent views and very well drained soil. A special micro-climate, with hot, dry summer days and cool nights, combines with the pure air and desert topography of the valley and ensures unrivaled conditions for the growth and ripening of grapes and olives. The rain is scarce, only between 100 and 200mm. per year. Despite the extreme characteristics of the Famatina Valley, there are many varietals that thrive and respond with a unique and intense expression.
