Mauricio Lorca and his dedicated team of professionals have been producing premium wines for both Foster and Lorca brands. Mauricio Lorca`s philosophy is based in ensuring that modern management is used and seeks to bottle exactly what nature provides. More than 200 hectares owned in Uco Valley and other zones provide the grapes for Foster Lorca wines. The drip irrigation system uses water from the snowmelt of the Andes, thus contributing natural nutrients and minerals to the soil and, ultimately, to the wines. The winery is located in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, built in a modern classical style with the latest technology for production of high quality wines: small capacity stainless steel tanks and cement vats, temperature control. Ageing takes place in French and American oak.
