There is an video watching session in our agenda this morning. These videos are produced by different group within an hour. All the ideas came out instantly and all of us work together to produce it. In fact, it is such a good chance for us to experience the process of the video making and workability of the videos teaching. After watching all the videos, all of us put forward some ideas, including the advantages and disadvantages of the videos teaching, which is so inspiring.

It's been three days since we started this project and I've learned a lot of new things and have many new ideas about teaching. First thing that inspire me a lot is the video-production. Before this week, I had some experience about learning language through watching videos. But when it comes to my teaching, I never thought about producing a video to teach. This is my first time to produce a educational video which I think it was very interesting, although the time was limited and if we could have more time or chance to prepare, I think the video we made could be more satisfying. So, I definitely would use this idea to teach in the future. Also, during these days, I could feel the advantages of group discussion, through talking and sharing ideas could benefit us a lot. Also, one of the biggest benefit is to expand my knowledge. The interview we did about eTwinning also give me some ideas about teaching in my country. and I would take time to think about these kinds of online platform.

In these days, I have learnt many skills and did something I have never done. For example, in this afternoon, I spent much time on converting audio to video, because the blog could only upload video files. Making an e-portfolio is absolutely something new for me. Also, I have learnt about filming a video and editing a video. I have learnt how to design the interview questions and how to change questions in the real interview. Maybe some of these skills could not be used in my future career, but they are useful anyway. In the following days, I wish I could learn some teaching skills from my observation.
These three-day study improve my knowledge to e-twining, a platform for teachers in European to work the projects together. The interview to Sabrina not only clearly demonstrate how does the project work but bring me some new ideas in future English teaching. Also, the introduction of the Germany's education system is pretty eye-opening for me as well. I can feel how different the education systems are in Germany. These information is so valuable and helpful. last but not least, with the help of the discussion and workshops, I have more deeper acknowledgment to the project and all the things we do. Thank you all of you for sharing.
