Welcome to Promtify: AI Photo Prompt ("App"), operated by Platform inc ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Platform inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices you own or control.
All content, prompts, text, graphics, logos, and software in the App are the property of Platform inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not extract, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary prompt collections without prior written permission.
Google Play Subscriptions:
Promtify provides optional subscriptions that grant access to premium prompts and an ad-free user experience. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play In-App Billing.
Billing & Payment: Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing period.
How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store app:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your Profile icon at the top right.
Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Tap Promtify and select Cancel subscription.
Continued Access: Cancelling your subscription stops future recurring charges. You retain full access to premium features until your current prepaid billing period ends.
The App incorporates services and SDKs provided by third parties. Your use of the App is also subject to the policies of these respective third-party providers:
1. Firebase (by Google)
Provides cloud database storage, FCM push messaging, and Crashlytics crash reporting.

2. AdMob by Google
Serves advertisements to free-tier users. Users may not simulate clicks or use ad-blockers to fraudulently unlock rewards. AdMob is disabled for active subscribers.

3. Google Play Services
Powers core Android system features, Google Play In-App Billing, and app integrity verification.

4. Google Analytics (for Firebase)
Collects pseudonymous diagnostic and usage analytics to help optimize app performance.

5. One Signal
Delivers push notifications for prompt releases and app alerts. Notifications may be toggled in device settings.

6. Facebook Ads (Meta Audience Network)
Monetization partner for advertising on the free tier. Deactivated for active subscribers.

When using the App, you agree not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App;
Bypass or attempt to circumvent security or billing verification mechanisms;
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract prompt content;
Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local or international laws.
The App and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Platform inc does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Platform inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the App.
