This Subscription Policy outlines the billing terms, renewal practices, cancellation procedures, and entitlement rules for in-app subscriptions offered within Promtify: AI Photo Prompt ("App"), published by Platform inc. All subscriptions are processed exclusively via Google Play In-App Billing.
Promtify offers recurring subscriptions that unlock premium benefits, including:
Full access to all advanced AI photo prompts and creative categories;
100% ad-free experience with complete deactivation of integrated advertising SDKs (AdMob and Facebook Ads);
Early access to newly released prompt collections and updates;
One-tap prompt copying and high-priority customer support.
Actual subscription options and pricing are displayed clearly within the App prior to purchase confirmation.
Google Play Mandatory Renewal Disclosure:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each recurring billing period unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current cycle.
Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within the 24-hour window before the current billing period expires.
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play. Uninstalling the App will NOT cancel your subscription.
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
Ensure you are signed in to the correct Google Account used for the purchase.
Tap your Profile icon at the top-right corner.
Select Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
Find and select Promtify.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Access Retention: If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to premium features and an ad-free interface until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
No Partial / Prorated Refunds: Google Play does not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Recurring billing will stop for subsequent periods.
Our subscription and app infrastructure utilizes reputable third-party services:
1. Google Play Services
Handles in-app purchase token verification, subscription license checks, and recurring billing.
2. AdMob by Google & 3. Facebook Ads (Meta Audience Network)
Display ads to users of the free tier. When an active subscription is detected, all ad units and advertising SDKs are immediately shut off.
4. Firebase (by Google)
Provides backend cloud services and crash reporting (Crashlytics) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
5. Google Analytics (for Firebase)
Measures aggregated feature engagement to improve the subscription experience.
6. One Signal
Delivers notifications for newly added VIP prompts and app updates.
If you reinstall the App or switch to a new Android device, your subscription will automatically restore as long as you are logged into the same Google Account used for the original purchase. You can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the App's settings.
