This Privacy Policy describes how Platform inc ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you download, install, and use the Promtify: AI Photo Prompt mobile application (the "App" or "Service").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We collect information that you provide directly, as well as information collected automatically when you use our App:
Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID), network information, and app crash logs.
Usage Data: In-app interactions, viewed prompt categories, feature usage patterns, and session duration.
Purchase & Billing Data: Transaction validation tokens generated by Google Play Store to confirm subscription or purchase status. We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details; all financial transactions are processed securely by Google Play.
We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and enhance the App and prompt library;
To verify and maintain your subscription status and in-app privileges;
To monitor system performance, identify bugs, and prevent crashes;
To deliver push notifications regarding new prompts, updates, and features (with your consent);

To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Used to serve advertisements to users on the free tier of the App. Advertising is completely disabled for active subscribers.

Platform inc uses remarketing services to advertise on third party web sites to you after you visited our Service. We, and our third party vendors, use cookies to inform, optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to our Service.
We support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
Users on the free tier may see advertisements provided by AdMob by Google and Facebook Ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID through your Android device settings:
Open your device Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Select Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
When you subscribe to an ad-free subscription, all third-party advertising SDKs are automatically deactivated.
Recurring Billing Disclosure:
Promtify offers recurring subscriptions through Google Play In-App Billing. Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Post-Cancellation Access: If you cancel, your premium benefits remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. If you are located outside United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the information, including Personal Information, to United States and process it there.
