Westwood Partners Letter to Re:Vision's  Board of Directors

To the Re:Vision Board of Directors:

As long-standing community partners who have collaborated with Re:Vision in various capacities over the years, we are writing to express concern over allegations about poor treatment of Re:Vision employees that have been shared with us, and we want to provide transparency around these conversations.

Community members have connected with us in recent weeks, sharing their personal experiences and the content of the letters that were submitted to your Board. These stories are deeply troubling. Many have expressed their ongoing fear, and we take their voices seriously.  

We recognize the complexity of navigating community concerns, sustaining partnerships, and addressing conflict. We also feel it is important to share that we have been made aware of these concerns and while it is not our role to determine next steps, we remain unified in our hope that Re:Vision will take swift and meaningful action to ensure the safety and well-being of community members and investigate the concerns raised.
