For the kobeba model, I used mirror modifier to efficiently create the half kobeba and a full symmetrical one.
As for the minced beef, I sculpted one tiny piece and then used particle system to fill the kobeba with them. One feedback I got on the kobeba and beef is the color being too dark as you can see in the render below, they look almost black.
And so for the final render I lightened the colors to that of a usual kobeba!
