Why should we care?

Imagine if this were to happen to you or a loved one. How would you feel? Just because you do not know somebody that you are helping does not mean that you should just push them to the curb. Helping out others is good and typically makes the person helping someone out feel good about themselves. As God said, "Love thy neighbor as thyself." To summarize what he is saying is to do unto others as you would have done to you. We are all a part of the same species and the planet that we live on is slowly dying because of us. It will take all of us to help fix it by helping each other or by slowly lowering our emission rate. Many celebrities contribute to high emissions by flying everywhere even though they do not have to fly.
