My teaching features:
Active involvement (Inquiry-based teaching)
Distributed learning (surprise quiz)
Collaborative learning (Take-home assignments)
Hands-on learning (Matlab/Python/Xilinx coding)
Research-based learning (Distributed research proposals)
My PhD supervisor used to praise my risk-taking ability because he believed "Take risks in life. If you succeed, you lead. If you loose, you guide".
Following are some questions that every faculty needs to answer:
How would you create an innovative learning environment?
A novel teaching methodology with an interaction between students and teachers to make them understand the concept in depth. Moreover, the learning should be made in order to implement it for some real-world problems. The impact of societal problems on small issues which can bring a major change in lifestyle should be the goal of innovative learning and research.
Outline your most significant contribution towards research?
My bachelor's and master's research area includes : Wireless communication using LED. This includes transmission of data using Li-Fi technology. It is an advanced 5G optical communication technique that can be very helpful in digital india movement. Secondly, the VLSI domain is explored for hardware FPGA implementation of image processing systems that includes machine learning techniques.
During my PhD, my research contribution is architecture level implementation of MRAM devices characteristics and implementation for neural network hardware acceleration and image processing.
Outline your proposed roadmap for teaching and research for the next five years?
I am for teaching Bachelors students and inculcating Master's students for novel research work that can bring publications and patents for department and organization as a whole. The next five year targets include atleast 2-3 Q1 journal publications per semester that will improve my API score and allow easy promotion to Associate Professor.
Membership/Fellowship of Academies/Institutions/Professional Societies
I have been active member of IEEE, SPIE, InSc.
My general approach towards semesters include:
Even semester : Core subject curriculum, University oriented, Practical lab session tutorials and videos, Proper subject notes creation.
Odd semester : New study domains including ML & DS, Industry oriented courses and learnings
I have been actively involved in teaching on SuperProf Platform. I have taught over 50 students across Superprof in last 3 years. The vision is to create myself as a brand through continuous publications, youtube content, and social circle interactions.

I am involved with video content creation on Nation Innovation platform focussed on concepts of GATE (EC, EE, IN, ML & DS) and UGC NET JRF.
I deal with domains not limited to ECE, VLSI, IoT, ML, and NC.
Moreover, I focus towards practical skills in Scilab, Matlab, Python, Labview and other software tools.
After joining SRMU as my first acdemic job, I marked the important sources of material starting from standard and indian authoured textbooks, notes from senior faculties, NPTEL, GATE notes, self made notes, Coursera, VLSI interview content, Youtube videos, and research publications.
The platforms explored as a faculty include Superprof, UrbanPro, Chegg Tutor, Outlier, Nation Innovation (projects and Youtube), Vedantu, SoftPro (AKTU), NanoAI and VidyaTrans.
I have inculcated time management leaving Sunday for family time. Remaining 24x6 = 144 hours is divided as (54:24:12::SRMU:NI:Research) leaving seven hours of sleep each day.
My goal is to win prestigious award such as Young Faculty Research Fellowship, Meity.
I wish to achieve 100% attendance and integrity towards my duties and collegues not only as a professor but also as a researcher to honestly contribute towards society and make a positive image in my organization.
1. Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
Ans:- My core subject is electronics and communication. The changing world in this modern era excites me that how scientists are using their intelligence in developing artificial intelligence machines with high potential and good percentage of accuracy.
Electronics is a truly global profession; there are many worldwide opportunities. As Electronics plays such a big role across a whole range of technologies and products, collaborations between different designers, manufacturers and producers are often needed. This is one of the main reasons why many universities offer the chance to study abroad, so that you can see how technology is advancing in different areas across the globe whilst immersing yourself in the culture and gaining new experiences.
2. What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Ans:- I always wanted to join teaching and do research work like our Former President Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam. He always inspire me. His simple living and high thinking philosophy always dragged me towards teaching. My teachers motivated me to become a teacher because this is the only thing which I can do best. They always know that I have that spark and calibre in me which is needed to become a good teacher.
3. How does your work help society?
Ans:- Education is a very important tool which helps to maintain society by socialising young people into key cultural values. It teaches the skills required by modern industrial society, from general skills such as literacy and numeracy, to the skills needed for particular occupations.
Education allocates people into the most appropriate job for their talents, using examinations and qualifications.
4. If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
5. Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Ans:- I am very fond of watching cricket, playing badminton, travelling, getting socialize, reading books apart from my text books.
6. Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
