After submitting my PhD thesis, I joined Shri Ram Swaroop University, Lucknow as Assistant Professor in DoEEE on 3 October 2024 before defending my PhD on 19 December 2024.

I continued to learn and gain academic experience at SRMU while parallelly giving interviews for corporate and postdocs.

Although there were hardly any shortlisting from corporate over 100 applications including some referrals too, I managed to get an offer from Indinatus Pvt Ltd as R&D hardware engineer.

The challenge for postdoc applications was writing a novel research proposal idea. I applied by writing personal mails to professors and applying for every possible fellowship I came across. I received postdoc call from IIT Mandi and a position of RA from IIT Kanpur.
