1.2 Location Data
Alert-Based Location: The App uses GPS permissions to allow you to post safety alerts and view nearby incidents on the map.
GPS Tagging: When capturing a live photo for an alert, the App requests one-time GPS access to anchor the photo to a precise location on the map. This ensures community alert accuracy.
No Background Tracking: We do not track your location in the background or store a continuous history of your movements on our servers.
1.3 User-Generated Content
Safety alerts, comments, and community messages.
Live Photo Capture: The App requests Camera access to allow users to capture live photos for safety reports. The camera is only active when the user manually opens the interface.

Device identifiers, model, OS version, and FCM tokens for push notifications.

2.5 Community Incentives and Rewards future implementation
We use data related to user activity, including verified reports of assistance, successful lost item returns, and accurate
content submissions, to calculate internal SafePoints and reputation scores for the purpose of recognizing helpful community members.
SafePoints are a gamification feature with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for any goods, services, or financial benefit.

5. Data Retention
We retain:

Alerts → indefinitely (may be anonymized)
Location history → tied to alerts
Messages → until deleted
Upon a verified request for account termination, all personal data associated with the account will be deleted within 30 days, except for data that must be legally retained (e.g., for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention) or public content that is permanently anonymized to maintain community integrity (e.g., public safety alerts , which are detached from the user's identity).
