CitizenONE is dedicated to building a high-trust, safe environment for all users. Our platform strictly prohibits any content or activity related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against CSAE material, behaviors, and their facilitation.
Zero Tolerance for CSAE Material (CSAM)
The creation, distribution, display, or access of any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly and permanently prohibited.
Prohibition of Minor Endangerment
Any content or behavior that sexually exploits, solicits, harasses, or endangers minors is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, grooming, illegal solicitation, and predatory behavior.
Age Requirement and Verification

Mandatory Reporting
All users are required to immediately report any suspected CSAE content or behavior they encounter on the platform.
We employ a systematic and mandatory multi-layered approach to prevent, detect, and report CSAE content:
A. Proactive Content Review (Pre-Publication Moderation)
CitizenONE operates a manual review system to ensure content integrity and safety. Every video alert submitted by a user is reviewed by an app moderator before it is published to the live public network. This is a primary safeguard against the dissemination of prohibited content, including CSAM.
B. User Reporting Channel (In-App Action)
Direct Access: A dedicated "Report Child Safety Abuse" button is placed prominently within the User Profile tab in the application.
Reporting Form: Clicking this button opens a specific form allowing users to submit detailed, confidential reports directly to our safety team.
Anonymity: All reports are treated confidentially to protect the reporter.
C. Moderation, Triage, and Reporting
Rapid Triage: All reports flagged through the in-app form or dedicated email are escalated immediately for priority review.
Content Removal: Any content confirmed to violate this policy will be permanently removed.
Law Enforcement Reporting: CitizenONE is legally committed to reporting all instances of suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to appropriate local law enforcement agencies.
