If you are ready to have a health professional be a straight forward advocate for your overall health needs, then Preventative Life is looking to help hard working people learn to work smarter so they can keep working hard throughout all their years.

No guessing here, evidence based testing and practices that will be taught to you all along the way and applied at your skill level. Here you will learn to become the hero in your own story, as I am simply your support guide. The goal is for you to not need me anymore and graduate well educated and self-sufficient in a year or more with the option to stay because we both agree we enjoy and value working together.

I describe the ideal candidate for Preventative Life as someone who wants to learn applicable tools to change their own lives. They want to learn the "the why" behind the plan to improve their mental and physical health. They also have an appreciation for the outdoors and enjoy time there.
