Preventative Life has been serving the Andalusia area since 2020. This is the 1st and only Active Life Professional certified facility in the state hanging out in the countryside of Andalusia, Alabama. I opened this environment after years of working with many people who were in pain or scaling in the fitness gyms and didn't know why or how to fix it and others not fully healed or dismissed in the medical system without knowing why or how to get the help they needed to get their hobbies or active life back. 

All 8 years in the making and stemming from my own health intervention since 2015 atop two career experiences from CrossFit coach to Physical therapy tech until 2021 when I decided that there were too many under served deserving folks that weren't getting the help they needed from the gym or the medical system. This has been a full time commitment ever since. Assisting people fully with their own life changing wellness journey whether they are somewhat athletic or they want to learn foundational practices to get healthier or more fit at any age.

I've made it my business to collaborate with every local physical therapy office in Covington county, Alabama to build a referral network and help people get a better plan of care to safely take those healing back to a life of physical freedom and even practical fitness long term. I come with an army of many other medical practitioners, health coaches, fitness coaches, functional medicine professionals, chiropractors, pelvic PTs and more all over the globe.
