Preventative Life has been serving the Andalusia area since 2020. This is the 1st and only Active Life Professional certified facility in the state hanging out in the countryside of Andalusia, Alabama. I opened this environment after years of working with under served people with chronic pain and symptoms, unmanaged health concerns, post surgical complications, or they felt dismissed and passed around by the medical system then losing trust in themselves to ever heal. So I set out to stand in for those being over medicated versus educated on how they can work with their gut health, hormones, body composition, physical ability, and feel inspired to live more and hurt less.

Years in the making and stemming from my own health overhaul since 2015. I've went from CrossFit coach to Physical therapy tech to NASM- CPT to Active Life Professional to Functional Metabolism Specialist. I personally have been labeled by the medical system as a "Multi diagnosis complicated case". This is a full time commitment to help people find the health support they need even if it not with me, because I know what it's like to not have the holistic help you actually seek to manage your health with the most self sufficency possible. I am more than thrilled to refer you to my highly diverse world wide network of professional connections to support your health journey, because I am not for everyone and don't pretend to be.

I've made it my business to collaborate with like-minded health professionals around the globe to build a referral network that wants the best results for each person they speak to, even if its not them also.
